Organizer: Mag. Isabella Simlinger, acting under the name Soulid. Contact can be made via the contact form on the website.

Eligibility: Persons aged 18 or over are eligible to participate.

Registration process: You can register for our events via the website soulid.at or other event platforms. Registration is free.

Payment Terms: Some of our events are free, while others require a fee that must be paid through the website.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received up to one week before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the event will not receive a refund.

Event rules: Persons who do not behave appropriately, show up to events unannounced or do not belong to the target group of the event may be excluded from further Soulid events.

Disclaimer: Each participant bears full responsibility for his or her behavior and safety during the event. Soulid is not liable for personal injury, property damage or financial loss.

Change of event conditions: Soulid reserves the right to change event details such as date, location and program, e.g. in case of bad weather.

Conflict resolution: Disputes arising from or in connection with Soulid events shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Vienna, Austria.

Final provisions: Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law applies.
